Variety is the philosophy of our cuisine, with intense and surprising pairings , dishes where you can enjoy excellent meat , fresh fish, locally sourced vegetables, and of course, mushrooms , which are the foundation of the magical contribution from our renowned chef, Julián Jiménez.
Vegetables, a basic element in any kitchen and a flavor enhancer, are prepared with top-quality, organic ingredients grown in our own carefully tended garden.
Mushrooms are, throughout the year, one of the main ingredients in La Galamperna's kitchen (boletus, níscalos, etc.), always fresh and in season. We hold the “GASTROMYAS ” mycological quality certification.
In our restaurant, we will surprise you daily with a unique tasting menu , featuring seasonal products and composed of between 8 and 10 different dishes (depending on whether it's lunch or dinner). We also offer a varied menu to suit all tastes, both traditional and innovative, as well as delicious buffet breakfasts with homemade pastries .
